  • No returns of merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. 
  • Customer (purchaser) is responsible for late charges at the monthly interest rate of 1.5% until the invoice is paid in full. 
  • Customer (purchaser) is liable for all collection fees, including but not limited to costs and attorney's fees incurred in relation thereto.
